Pros- The villa is gorgeous in its own right because of the architecture and where it is located. It’s close to the Marina and easily accessible. The outdoor patio space leading to the pool and background is 5 stars. You are definitely in awe when you first walk in. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The exterior of property is well maintained.The chef of the house makes tasty and delicious food. No noise restrictions
Is located on the golf course.The pool is beautiful, clean and newer.
Cons-This place is not for small children. There are no rails when you walk into the interior corridor and if you are not watching a small child they could fall into the ravine that runs through and seriously hurt themselves. There are also no fenced areas.The kitchen is smelling and dirty even after being cleaned. Perhaps more soap or pinesol bleach could help. Kitchens should be pristine. The bedroom floors dirty and towels. flies all over food while serving. Broken refrigerator freezer drawers.

The house and the staff excellent but at the end we paid a lot of charges that were not on the listing.

Spacious and open living. Despite the language barrier, the staff was accommodating. Our villa manager, Jesus was on top of our every need. Jesus communicated with our staff:
Fior – Chef, Alexix – Waitor, Wasleska – Maid, Yony – Gardener
All we had to do was ask, meals were prepared beautifully and timely. Location of this property was so great – Altos Chavon, Marina, and Beach , all a quick golf cart ride away. We had a wonderful family vacation and would do it again in a heart beat.

We had an amazing time at Las Palmas 22 in the Dominican Republic. We’ve seen and stayed in many villas in the DR, and this is definitely one of the most stunning properties we’ve encountered. The atmosphere is so relaxing and we loved the outdoor area, the pool and view of the golf and ocean.
The decor and furniture is so beautiful, and we felt very comfortable. The staff in this villa is wonderful, and we really enjoyed having a maid to clean and keep the villa in perfect condition. The butler was so helpful to have, and the cook made the most delicious meals for us. It’s tough to come home and find that you have to do everything yourself!
We also had a villa manager who greeted us at arrival and was available every day to help us with anything we needed! What a great service. The staff really became friends, and we miss them already.
We also loved having a golf cart to tour around Casa de Campo Resort, go to the beach, the Marina and just to drive around. The resort is beautiful and so safe and secure, and everyone was so friendly too. We never had any issues at the resort.
The villa has a great location and everything is so close by. We had a great time at Las Palmas 22, and we’d definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for an 8-bedroom vacation home in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. We will be back!!
