A1 level of service, honestly unmatched in all of my travels. The beauty of this Villa and its location cannot be justified with photos. It is shockingly more beautiful in person. We will be back very soon.

We spent the holidays with our family (4 adults and 4. children (5-14) and had a fabulous time. House is big, with lots of open air space and spacious bedrooms. Located on the golf course, faxing the ocean in a private and safe resort. Access to Eden Roc beach club and facilities is terrific. Staff was outstanding and took care of us. Management company is very effective. Better than staying in a luxury hotel.

Fantastic view of ocean and golf course. Staff were just awesome. Chef Roberto and his team paired up great food for needs. Bianca and her team very helpful and service was outstanding. Even got to see a couple of whales playing in th distance offshore. Great Golf Courses, accommodations, food all just off the chart!! Life is Good!!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th Birthdays at Carleton Villa 8&9 with 14 people (7 couples). Location was great- over-looking the ocean from hole 17 of the Punta Espada golf course, and a few minute walk to the Eden Roc resort. We loved the open air common areas to eat/gather while still having the air conditioned bedrooms. The staff was GREAT- very friendly and accommodating! Having breakfast and a few dinners prepared for us, along with some snacks, allowed us to also go out to dinner and eat lunch at the resort which was a nice combination. Thanks to Bianca, Samuel, Roberto and the other staff who helped to make our trip AMAZING!

We rented both of these units for the holidays. We had a multi-generational family of 14. First, the staff is amazing. They work very well as a team, and made our stay a carefree, relaxing holiday. The chefs do a great job on the meals. It was hard not to have seconds at every meal. The butler is always around to make drinks or pour the first cup of coffee. Second, the space is great. The common areas are open to the elements under a palapa, but the staff lowers screens if it’s raining so everything stays dry inside. The view, smells and sound of the ocean are always around you. Third, the beach club and golf course are world class. The beach club is at the Eden Roc. It’s small, but the sand is nice and service is great. You can walk to the beach club in 10 minutes or take the golf cart included with the home. The golf course at Punta Espada is easy to get to (the homes are on the 17th hole), and it’s the best in the Caribbean. Finally, it was easy to work with Anders, Karen and Bianca at Palmera. This was our second vacation with them, and they take great care of us. The only recommendation or warning we’d provide is regarding the off campus activities. We did an ATV trip with Adventure Boogies, and it was not great. Also, we struggled with broken down taxis when getting picked up for our boat cruise. But the cruise itself with Bebe Catamaran was fun. We’d spend more time vetting the activity service providers next time. We’ll likely book these homes again, as they fit our large group perfectly.

Great staff. Location on the 17th hole is perfect. Views of the ocean are spectacular. Punta Espada is a top course and I have played a fair share of the top 100. Access to Eden Roc facilities like beach and kids club makes it all the more better. The location of the villa is literally the best in Punta Cana. all the villas built in this section are thus the oldest. The owner and staff do a great job in keeping it in decent shape.

We loved every minute at Cap Cana Stunner. The setting is magical: right on the Punta Espada Golf Course with the ocean just on the other side. The home is lovely, lots of beautiful spaces with an island vibe. The owner and staff were extremely attentive to our needs and make our stay even more luxurious. There was never any need to leave the home for anything, but there are many activities with the resort of Cap Cana – Eden Rock Hotel, Equestrian facilities, beach club, 2 restaurants, tennis courts, work out facility, etc etc.
